“You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop.”
The needs of healers often go unnoticed and underserved. Physical and energy healers--practitioners, therapists, coaches, counselors, and spiritual/religious guides, expend great energy in the service of physical and spiritual transformation and social change, yet many will seldom receive the healing needed for their own nourishment and rejuvenation.
Most people who feel a calling to their work beyond professional commitment find it difficult to set boundaries and prioritize their needs. However, for those dedicated to spiritual healing modalities or otherwise act as conduits, the effects of self-neglect are often compounded by feelings of despondence, overwhelm, guilt, shame, extreme exhaustion, or an inability to detach. Additionally, the challenge of finding safe, confidential, qualified support that is suitable to their needs can be far greater for people who work as healers than for others.
As a healer and as a coach, I understand the gravity of the need for restorative time for people who do healing work.
I am deeply committed to providing a place for you to receive support, take time for exploration, expand your inner resources, and re-align so you can fortify your commitment to serving others through caring for self.
